Well-being packages are small groups over 4 weeks for 90 mins one evening a week on Zoom. This is for those who would like to relax, chill out, the focus is on self-care, relaxation, visualizations, meditation, listening to our inner voice,
candle glazing, spirituality, creativity, journaling.
Note: The 4 weeks wellbeing package needs to be paid in full before you start, this secures your place each week and is
non-refundable and nonexchangeable to another group if you miss a week, as the group will be a close group.
